The Burg Villa

Welcome in The Burg Villa! What was once the house and workshop of the town’s tin smith is now the ideal place to spend your time in the mountains. Open, airy, and maximally cozy- The Burg Villa is the combination of our Burg Loft and Burg Apartment. The Burg Loft is the main portion of the house and comprises the upper two floors. The Burg Loft can be rented independently, and larger groups can also rent The Burg Apartment on the ground floor of the house for more space. The Burg Apartment is comprised of two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and its own kitchen, however it does not have internal access to The Burg Loft and cannot be rented independently. The Burg Loft and Burg Villa are ideal for family gatherings or relaxed reunions with friends.

Make use of the modern kitchen and spacious dining room for family-style meals, then migrate to the open concept living room and let the conversation linger on by the fireplace. On warmer days, there is a large terrace to enjoy the sun, fresh-air, and a barbecue to grill on. Directly behind the house is the Schlossberg, a small hill with 13th century castle ruins atop it and farm animals out to graze.

Find yourself in Oberaudorf center after about 7 minutes walking and enjoy the local shops, cafés, and restaurants. For a bit more of an adventure, check-out Hocheck Mountain Resort for their year round experiences including the summer-luge and zip-line in the, and (night)skiing and sledding in the winter!

  • Modern, newly updated kitchen with separate dining area.

  • Spacious and private terrace with a charcoal grill.

  • Wood fired oven with wood to book. 15 EUR per basket, 30 EUR per weekend, 50 EUR per week.

  • Towels: Available to rent for 3 EUR per towel.

  • Pets allowed on request. An additional cleaning fee of 50EUR applies..
