Bavarian Cultural Cooking Class
Step into our kitchen and learn the secret to making the perfect schnitzel along with a few of the staple sides and sip on some of our favorite local beers and wines of the region. We will tell stories and traditions of Bavaria as we cook and eat. No meal is complete without dessert so we finish ours with Kaiserschmarrn and sample some local schnapps before saying “auf Wiedersehen.” By the time you leave, you’ll not only know how to make a perfect Bavarian meal, but how to blend in with the locals too.
Christmas Market Cooking Class
Get into the Christmas spirit with us in The Werkstatt. Learn about Christmas and other holiday traditions from the region as we prepare and eat some of the typical dishes found in the markets including schupfnudeln, sauerkraut with bacon, and baked apples. Of course a hot pot of glühwein and punsch will be on the stove to sip on during the class.

Bavarian 101
Beer in Bavaria is more than something to drink, but rather an insight to the culture. Bavarian 101 is a storytelling experience and an introduction to all things Bavaria. Over the course of 1 hour we will share traditions and cultural insights to the region over sips from 5 different beers brewed here.
The Werkstatt
An old “tin knocking” workshop turned into our private kitchen, The Werkstatt is available for independent bookings and makes the perfect place for company off-sites, recipe testing, and food photography.
