Have you ever dreamed about flying down a snowy forest road for kilometers weaving around turns and getting stunning views between the trees? Now is your chance! Join us for our Adventure Bavaria ‘Rodel & Schmarrn’ Adventure. A perfect day or evening combining cultural and active Bavarian traditions.

We pick you up from the Oberaudorf train station and have a quick drive to the local chairlift to take us all up the mountain where we enjoy a hot drink and good views of the Kaiser mountains and Inn valley. After we have enjoyed enough fortifications, we wind our way down the Hocheck Rodelbahn for 3 km of rodelling, views & laughter. The Rodelbahn is a road prepared specifically for sledding and downhill sled traffic is the only mode of transportation allowed.

After sledding down the mountain we jump in the car for another quick drive to the Adventure Bavaria Kitchen where we learn how to make traditional Gluehwein & Kaiserschmarrn. Enjoy the warmth of our Bavarian kitchen in our 150 year old farm house.

Price 150.00 Euro p.p. (includes pick-up/drop-off @ Oberaudorf train station, Hocheck lift pass, Rodel, cooking lesson, kaiserschmarrn & gluehwein).

*Pick-Up / Drop-Off can be arranged from other locations including Munich at an added cost.

We recommend you bring sturdy boots, snow pants and warm and/or water-proof clothing to wear while rodeling. Also we recommend bringing a change of clothes for after rodeling
